Fully Automated

Operating continuously through control of PLC and touchscreen, the feed conveyor and grinder work to supply the press bags with pomace. From conveyor to cleaning, the system is fully automated, with no consistent labor required.

Highest Quality

Our patented two step process makes the highest quality juice and cider with low solids and minimal oxidation, helping you craft the most delicious juice or cider you've ever produced.

Efficient Cleaning

At the end of the pressing cycle, the press racks rotate to discharge the cake below. When cleaning is required, the press and bags are cleaned in place (CIP) by utilizing automated spray nozzles contained within the press.
