Morikusuta135 Ultra-High Pressure Food Processing Equipment
Designed for medium-scale production, this system is equipped with a 135L high-pressure vessel measuring 300mm in diameter, capable of processing larger products (such as whole hams or large food packages) while achieving superior filling efficiency. With a production capacity exceeding 600 kg/h (1320 lbs/h), the standard configuration includes two high-pressure intensifiers. An optional version with four intensifiers is also available, enabling a single cycle at 600 MPa (87,000 psi) to be completed in 2.5 minutes (excluding pressure holding time). The Morikusuta135 stands as one of the world's fastest industrial HPP systems.
