Morikusuta Technologies Limited, established in 2019, offer a full range of advanced, high performance instruments for research and development in high pressure food processing and bioscience. Morikusuta builds a range of High Pressure Processing (HPP) systems for R&D, small-scale, and large industrial applications. Morikusuta's Lab HPP Units are ideal for research, determining optimized HPP parameters for application scale-up, and for low volume production. Morikusuta's  Lab systems come with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, and a single treatment chamber where Ultra high pressure are applied to the product.
Morikusuta compact size of 0.5L allows ultra-high pressure processing without limitation in the footprint, The lab model 3L,5L,10L,15L and 20L vessel inner dimension from 120mm to 160mm vertical or horizontal frame; They are developed specifically for scientists and process development engineers, our industry leading systems constantly evolve to meet the requirements of the science and industry in this rapidly developing area.
Laboratory HPP Unit.  The front-mounted touch screen PLC provides simple operations and precise control, while the ultra high pressure treatment chamber  located on the inside of enclosure allows for ease of loading samples and assembly to rise the pressure to treat the samples. The ultra high pressure is applied to treat the samples which are packed.
